systems and automations

Hey! So, I'm guessing you're interested in creating systems and automations in your business. If that's the case, good choice.

Going down this path can help you save time, create space and conserve your energy, by limiting the effort you put into boring, menial, low-impact tasks and focusing on income generation and of course, FUN!

The more you're able to get the business "stuff" in your business under control, the more you can allow yourself to dive into the work that truly lights you up - and that's a huge part of running a successful business!

I get it though. You may not be super keen to develop the systems and automations yourself...

Whether you're put off by the idea of spending TIME on these tasks, or you're feeling a little overwhelmed by the idea of the TECH you'll have to learn, I can help. I absolutely thrive in this space, but I understand it isn't everyone's cut of tea. And that's totally okay.

In fact, that's why I have a Done-For-You offering to design and create the systems and automations that will make the most impact for you and your business. These could include:

  • Email welcome series
  • Purchase automations
  • Client onboarding system
  • Project management
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Sales funnels
  • Launch plans/systems
  • Team/Leadership processes
  • Content creation
  • Recruitment and induction
  • Customer relationship management
  • Email management
  • Software integrations
  • Other business workflows
  • And SO MUCH MORE!

But how does it all work?

Well, would you believe it? I actually have a system in place!

Step 1: A free consult call to make sure we're a good fit

Even if we already know each other well, I think it's a good idea we jump on the phone and have a quick 15 minute chat about what you're hoping to achieve. I can let you know if I'm the right person to help and let you know what my schedule is looking like and whether I can meet your expectations on time.

Step 2: We will send you a client engagement agreement

This agreement outlines my terms and conditions as well as both party's responsibilities. We will send this agreement to you electronically, which allows you to sign online, without printing documents or getting caught up in unnecessary administration. We make it as quick and easy as possible for you to engage Pop Your Business to support you.

Step 3: A more in depth discovery session to chat through the details of what you need and how we can best make it happen

During this session (which usually lasts 60-90 minutes), we will talk about the scope of your project. We will put together a clear plan, outline the milestones and I'll give you an estimate of the time/cost of implementing this plan. In this meeting, we will discuss the software required, as well as any additional information I'll need from you to move forward. At the end of the meeting, you'll walk away with a to-do list to complete before I can get started.

Step 4: I dive in and do the work (with the support of my team)

This is when I roll up my sleeves and get down to business. Depending on the scope of your project, I'll update you on milestones as we progress and may be in touch to seek additional clarification if needed. I may or may not utilise the skills of my team members in completing your work - this work will be included in the cost quoted to you and I will be responsible for quality assurance and ensuring that your work is completed to the Pop Your Business standard.

Unless otherwise agreed, I charge for this work on an hourly rate and keep track of all time spent using a piece of software called Toggl. Toggl allows me to provide you detailed reports about the work completed, so that you completely understand where your investment has been made.

Step 5: A hand-over meeting for me to explain what has been completed and provide training in any new software (if required)

Depending on the scope of your project, we may arrange a final hand-over meeting. In this meeting, I will go through what has been completed, ensure you understand any systems and automations that have been created, and I will respond to any outstanding questions you have. If we have implemented any new software, I will also provide you with training, so that you can manage this in-house moving forward. (If you choose to, of course. If you would prefer me and my team to handle systems and automation maintenance for you, we can discuss this.)

Step 6: Invoicing and feedback

Once the hand-over meeting has been completed and you're satisfied with the work I have done, my team will issue you with an invoice based on the hours worked. If we have purchased any software, equipment, or other materials on your behalf, this will be included in the invoice. At this time, you'll also be sent a feedback request form and I would be extremely grateful if you would take a few moments to respond. You'll have the option to allow us to publish your comments in the form of a testimonial and can choose for your words to be de-identified if you prefer to remain anonymous.

So, how much does it cost?

Every project is different, so it's difficult to give you an estimated cost without chatting to you about what you need. What I can confirm is that all systems, automation and tech support work is completed on hourly rate terms (unless otherwise agreed). My hourly rate for this work is different to the amount I charge for coaching, as I can complete Done-For-You services in my own time (and in my pyjamas!). My current hourly rate for this type of work is $110/hour (inclusive of GST), however, this is subject to change. Rest assured that if we do enter into an agreement, my rate will not increase mid-project, without a discussion and an amended agreement.
