It's amazing what you can achieve in 6 months...
Is this just another PDF that will sit on your virtual shelf?
That depends. Which person are you gonna be?
The one who downloads every free or low cost resource, files them in Dropbox and then hopes the knowledge will absorb through osmosis...?
The one who is discerning about what they download and schedules time in their calendar for learning AND implementation...?
What's it all about then?
Have you heard the saying, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”?
It may sound simple, but it’s true. I’ve seen it so many times with my clients. They go about their day, week, month and year without real direction and then wonder why they haven’t achieved what they’d hoped.
But here’s the thing. Unless you’re really clear about exactly WHAT you’re hoping to achieve and HOW you’re going to achieve it, it’s almost certain that you won’t be happy with the results. After all, how do you know if you’ve achieved your goal if you haven’t actually defined it? And how can you achieve this goal in the most effective and efficient way if you haven’t made a plan?
In this workbook, I’m sharing the exact process that I use for myself and that I work through with clients to plan for the next six months in their businesses.
Why six months?
Well, I’ve personally found that planning for 12 months can be a little overwhelming. Not to mention the fact that in business we’re often pivoting and changing, which means a longer-term plan can sometimes become a little redundant. Have you ever planned 12 months in advance and then thrown the plan out the window because your circumstances have changed?
I’ve found that planning for six months at a time feels a lot more manageable and that it gives you more space to change up your plan if you need to. When it comes to breaking those plans into actions and breaking actions into micro-actions, a shorter time period is far more useful.
